My Approach
I work with individuals ages 18 years and up. My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, and integrative, drawing from the modalities listed below. I aim to work within a holistic view of health, recognizing that every individual and their lived experiences are unique, as are the reasons bringing them to therapy. I strive to offer support tailored to your specific goals, using therapeutic techniques which resonate with you. I hold the belief that you are the expert of your own experience, while my role is to facilitate change by supporting you in restructuring the thoughts, defenses, and behaviours that no longer serve you.
